Gossard, 56, of 120 North av., died September 7. Mrs. Gossard was born in Springfield, Minn., residing here 39 years. For 13 years, she was secretary with the Terminal Warehouse, a member of the Church of the Master United Methodist, a member of Yusef Kahn Caldron and would have been elevated to the office of Mighty Chosen One of the caldron, (ladies organization of the Yusef Khan Grotto), past president and former captain of the Yusef Khan Caldron Foot Patrol, organized and served as president of the Merrymakers of the caldron, and the Firestone Park Garden Club. Surviving are her husband, Warren; sons, Kenneth and Charles, both of Akron, Brad, New Jersey; 10 grandchildren; brother, Paul Jahn, West Park, Wis.; sister, Mrs. Angeline Overton, Springfield, Minn. Friends may call at the Adams Funeral Home Friday, 2 to 9 p.m. Body will be taken to the Church of the Master United Methodist, 800 E. Market st., to lie in state from 1 p.m. Saturday, until time of service. 3 p.m., Dr. Harry D. Rose officiating. Yusef Khan Caldron services immediately following. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ruth Gossard Memorial Fund of the Yusef Kahn Caldron. (Adams, 535-9186.)
