Wagner Ralph E. Wagner, 84, of Akron, died unexpectedly March 8. A native of Indiana, he had been an area resident over 60 years. He retired in 1971 from Speck Brothers Mason Contractors after 23 years service. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Clearfield, Pa., and Loyal Oak V.F.W. Post 4466. Preceded in death by wife, Geraldine; he is survived by daughters, Vicki Jarvis of Stow and Dianne Jarvis of Copley; six grandchildren; brother, Brenton Wagner of Mogadore; six stepchildren and their families. Visitation will be Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the old KERTESZ FUNERAL HOME, 2433 MANCHESTER RD., where funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., with Rev. Max McKanna officiating.
