A social time begins at 1:30 PM followed by our speaker presentation “Evaluating Evidence” by Donna Redhead Gruber, CG, at 2:00 PM. The program will instruct you on the five step Genealogical Proof Standards used by the professionals to evaluate genealogical evidence to help build an ancestral tree. After the presentation, a short MCGS business meeting will be held. Donna Redhead Gruber, Certified Genealogist, is a professional genealogist specializing in northern Ohio research. She has over 25 years experience in conducting genealogical research. She is a member of MCGS, Ohio Genealogical Society, National Genealogical Society, Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) and the Great Lakes Chapter of APG.
