Hi, I have not been on my computer much lately, but, the other morning I rec'd. the following email. I have removed two lines of this email as contained my personal "password" that I use for my genealogy sites. The headers read FROM: Angie's Genealogy SUBJECT:Free Genealogy Lookup Site (50 Million Names) Site location:: http://12.237.150.30 Send reply messages through my web site, not this email address. * DELETED 2 LINES < Do not enter the "/" and make sure you enter the above separately. Example: (johndoe@mail.com/pswd1/1012345678) You would enter 1012345678 when it ask for your confirmation number, enter johndow@mail.com at the enter email address, and enter pswd1 at the enter password. If you have trouble with the login, go back to the site location above and hit the troubleshooting button. Please keep this email for a record of your login. **** END **** I tried replying to this message, asking where/how this person acquired this information. The email came back to me as undeliverable. As this had my personal password on it, I have to believe that some "reputable"? on-line site is selling/giving away our email addresses and passwords. Does anyone know who I can contact about this?
