Noreen, I called the Akron area cemetery where my great-aunt was buried and asked about more of my BISHOPs. I had no trouble getting ALL the stats over the phone. The people I spoke with were very nice, helpful and surprised that they got a call from California. But I've never heard or run into a fee situation like you mention. It seems to be a little unkind.
