I use zabasearch.com to find living people some times. There is a Franklin E Lowe with a birth year of 1945 living at 1231 Dundee Ave, Akron, Oh 44305 and a P. O. Box 9273 with a Wife Judy L born 1947. There is no phone. There also is a James D. Lowe born Oct 1966 in Akron also. Not sure if this helps, but thought I would offer it up. I also get better results going to zabasearch.com outside of AOL. You might have to inable pop ups to get the background Search. Be sure to use the initials, as the name is so common, too many will come up. If this information tracks, you might have to write them. Marlene
