    3. Judy, noticed your surname Kepler. I have one Kepler - Elizabeth Kepler b. March 1800 m. to Samuel Stover 1816, she d. 23 June 1882 in Republic Co., Kansas and is buried there. The Stovers were in Coventry Twp. I have Elizabeth Kepler's parents as Andrew Kepler & Mary Cramer. Their son Samuel m. my Lydia Willard in 1852 and the Willard family lived in Coventry Twp.     2. Looked in the Akron and Summit County Book and there is a similar name Rollo C. Witwer he was appointed postmaster Feb 18, 1926 and served until his death in August 1940.

I think I may have found them on the 1880 census, shown as "other" living with and working for farmer Cyrus THORNTON household at Coventry, he as farmer/hand, she as domestic servant. He was born around 1859, Ellen 4 years younger, both in OH. Her parents were born in PA. You might look for each on an indexed 1870 census to see who were their parents.
