Quality Hill was a stretch of North Market St. in Canton, OH, probably between what is now North 6th St. and North 15 St. or so. It was like saying "millionaires row" in Cleveland. There were many nice houses along that stretch. Some of them are still there. I don't remember exactly where I got this information, but if you need the source, I will try to find it again.
