    1. [OHSTARK] Smoketown/Beaver Valley!! Re: Small Communities of Western Stark County
    2. Scott Maurer
    3. In the vicinity of Smoketown Reformed Church, SW Stark County, South of Navarre, East of Beach City, West of Bolivar. The Massillon Independent Newspaper often had small community news items under the Headings Smoketown, or Beaver Valley News. Also, someone moved a newspaper business from to Beach City, from Navarre, published for 1 year, and reported on Smoketown (Ohio Historical Society will lend this Microfilm). Also, a small community was called Bixler here on the Tuscarawas River. -scott chillybin1999@msn.com<mailto:chillybin1999@msn.com> ----- Original Message ----- From: gc-gateway@rootsweb.com<mailto:gc-gateway@rootsweb.com> To: OHSTARK-L@rootsweb.com<mailto:OHSTARK-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2009 9:02 AM Subject: [OHSTARK] Small Communities of Western Stark County This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list.
