I realize you posted this message long ago, but I started doing research on my married name (Yahne) and I have a copy of a marriage certificate I copied years ago. The marriage certificate is for Solomon Yahne and Mary Sickafoose on January 12, 1843. It says the originals are at the Whitley County Historical Museum in Columbia City, Indiana. It has a signature that looks like Aaron M. Collins, who was the justice of the peace, if I am reading this old script correctly. Sorry, if this is repetitive! Take care, and happy searching.
