After reading the post about the Portrait and Biographical Record of Stark County Ohio I did a google search for it. The end result is that you can see what libraries have a particular book or where you can purchase it. Some books can even be searched for information that is in them. Each time I search, I see something new. With this one, I was able to download the whole book as a pdf file for free. Then I can search by name. This requires having Adobe to read it. Also this time I noticed when I did the search, it listed all the copies with a description of the book and in lighter print in the description it says if it has No Preivew, Limited Preview or Full Preview. I use google a lot to search for names I am researching, especially if they are unusual spelling like Bachtel or Beghtel which is way our branch ended up spelling it. This is how I learned about the google book search feature. Good luck Marilyn **************One site keeps you connected to all your email: AOL Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail. Try it now.
