John Okey. My father was George William Okey, Jr born 1911 in Iowa, his father was George William Okey, Sr born in Ohio. We are all decended from Thomas Okey and Elizabeth Stockley through their son Leven (levin)Okey. Thomas is as far back as we can go....at least one, maybe two generations after Col. John's death in 1662. He had one son, John b. 1642, who may have come to America (or somewhere else) and the time of his father's arrest, but that is speculation.
