I've "rescued" an old photograph identified simply as Carrie BENSON'S boy. The photograph was taken at the J. C. Haring Studio in Massillon, Ohio likely in the 1880's with the boy in the photograph appearing to be about 4-5 years old at the time it was taken. In addition to the reference to his Mother, someone has also written "nephew of Katie MINNICK" on the back of the photograph. This photograph was recovered along with others belonging to the SMITH, MINNICK, HOFFMAN, and BEARDSLEY Families. I am hoping to be able to return the photograph to a member of the BENSON Family so that it can once again become a cherished family possession.
