Greetings, I would like to thank everyone who replied to my initial posting. I appreciate all of your efforts as this trip to Ohio is very important to me. I tried to reply to each response personally and if there is anyone I missed, please forgive me. I had forgotten to mention in my post that I had read that the Finney family migrated with the Murphy and McFadden families from PA to Belmont County Ohio. I have not been able to confirm that my Finney's were included in this migration but when my brick wall ancestor and his spouse passed away (Isaac B. and Rachel Finney) my great grandfather lived with the McFaddens and the rest of the minor children were taken in by Josiah Murphy and the guardianship bond were paid by a Benjamin Murphy, all of Tuscarawas County Ohio. I would like to learn more about this "Clans" migration. I have found through my research that Isaac and Rachel were friends with the Robert and Margaret Berkshire, William and Mahala Fillabaum, John and Elizabeth Daughtery, Benjamin and Elizabeth Van Fossen, James and Ann Moore, and Eliza Brown.
