John Light and Barbara, his wife, were born in England and came to America 17--. John Light settled in Beaver county after living in Lancaster Pa .where his three children were born and where his wife Barbara died in 1788. Children of John and Barbara Light were: Barbara, David, Elizabeth. Elizabeth married Frederick Warner of Lancaster, son of Judge George Warner of Chambersburgh, Pa. They settled on an estate in Stark Co. Ohio near Canton, which they then sold to Cornelius Vanderbuilt and came to Allegheny Co. Pa. to reside. Children of Frederick Warner and Elizabeth Light were: John, Jonathan, Eleanore, Joanna, Eliza, Matilda, Mary, William Vanderbilt, Hortensia and Joseph. Frederick Warner died and was buried in Chambersburg. Elizabeth died after years in Pittsburgh and is buried in Allegheny Cemetery in Pittsburgh." Has anyone heard of any of these Warners?
