    3. Sorry it has taken so long to answer. All I know is that my ancestor, John S. Hall, d 1824, in Le tart Falls, Meigs Co., OH. When I found out the middle initial, I highly suspected his mother could have been a Sayers because the Sayers were always close to the Halls. There was a Bill Sayers, a cousin, who knew the hills of W Virginia as well as the people. There is also an Evens, WV that has as many Sayers buried there as the Methodist Church in Le tart. Seems as though those how died during flooding times would have to be buried in different cemeteries than other family members. A lot of research has been done on the John and Sarah Hayhurst Hall. You could check Ancestry for the particulars. The halls were originally from Ireland, and my line lived in Western, PA. I will check my records if you think it will help you. My William Sayers born June 1840 in England (Wales) and came to the US in 1866 and went to Finleyville Pennsylvania, from there the went to Stark County Ohio-Massillon and they worked in the coal mines. William died October 6, 1920 at Massillon Ohio. When he came to the US with his family his brother and his family also came at the same time. The brother also traveled. Do you know what the name of the Sayers (John S.Hall mother) is?
