Following is how AOL provides for adding a link in e-mail: A hyperlink is a shortcut to a location online -- a Web site, an AOL area, a chat room, a file download, or other areas. Just click on the blue, underlined text and the AOL software will whisk you right there. Hyperlinks are a good way to help a friend find the exact location or information to which you are referring them. You can create a hyperlink right in your e-mail message! When you encounter an area online that you'd like to share with an AOL member, click the heart icon on its title bar. A dialog box with three buttons appears. 2. Click Insert in Mail. An e-mail form appears, with the link already inserted, and a subject filled in. 3. Add an explanation about the link, if you wish, and click the Send To: box to fill in your friend's screen name. 4. Click Send Now. Remember: Hyperlinks only appear in AOL version 3.0 and above. B. How To Create a Favorite Place: 1. Navigate to a site that you want to mark as a Favorite Place. 2. Click the heart icon on the title bar of the window. A dialog box with three buttons appears. 3. Click Add to Favorites. 4.
