Does anyone know how to find the date of death of an individual in Stark Co. after 1946? Specifically, I am looking for the date of death of William Lantz who I believe may have died in 1947. I am trying to trace his children, Florence and Nora, but do not know their married names. The online death certificate index does not pick up anything that recent, and it occurred before the Social Security Death Index records. I called the city who told me I needed a date of death to pull a death certificate. I was told he could be buried in Warstlers cemetery, but find no record there and was only given the date of August 1947. His wife's name was Lena or Helena.
