I have found a Phoebe MONTGOMERY who was born in Stark CO, OHIO early in the 1800's. Her family moved into Ashland/ RIchland CO. around 1810 and had lived in Jefferson CO. around 1800-1810. Her birthplace indicates that somewhere between these dates of 1800 and 1810 the family either resided or passed through Stark CO. Her husband was Elisha Cruson. Would appreciate any info on this family.
