I'd like to find a birth certificate for a person born in the late 1700s. Does Ohio have birth certificates that far back? Will the library be able to help or should I go to the state? This person was married in 1823 can I get his marriage license? I already have the certification from the minister. I'm looking for the names of his parents. Thanks, Barb Chandler
