Naturalization records are held in the county seat where the individual was naturalized, so you would have to have an idea of where that might be. There is no central record of it. Someone could be naturalized anywhere--- If you think someone was nat. in Stark, the Canton Lib. would hold them. In Cuy. County, they are at the Cuy. County Archives, etc. Judith in OH
