Hi Sue, Copies of the original papers of the estate or a copy of the will from microfilm can be obtained from the Genealogy Division of the Stark County District Library. Request these by visiting our website at www.stark.lib.oh.us and using the Request Forms in the Genealogy Section. You can specify copies of only those documents that contain genealogical information, also, ie List of Heirs, Executor or Administrator's Bond, etc. The estate is Case # 1291 OS (Old Series) and the Will can be found in Volume B, page 480. Quote these citations when requesting copies (saves us time in getting these to you). No further information can be gained from a lookup in the Estate and the Will Indices other than a more specific probate date than 1849.
