    3. Hi Jacque, The Genealogy Division of the Stark County District Library has First Applications and Final Naturalizations from 1809 to 1903, other than missing records from 1852 to 1861. Visit our website and use the Request Forms in the Genealogy Section at: www.stark.lib.oh.us or e-mail us directly. Make sure to include a mailing address. Copies are $.25 or $.50 per page plus postage which we bill at the time of mailing.
