He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter, also the following sisters and brothers; Mrs. Louise Schillig, Miss Virginia Menegay, Mrs. Catherine Lombardi, August and Edward Menegay of Louisville, Joseph Menegay of Chillicothe, Mo.; Sister Nativity of Villa Marie, Pa., Mrs. Charles Monnot of Alliance. Mr. Menegay was born at Louisville, March 31, 1845, making his age 75 years. He was the oldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Menegay and one of a family of ten children. Thirty-seven years ago he moved his family to Alliance. He was a faithful employee of the Pennsylvania R. Co and for the past ten years was retired on pension. Funeral services were held at St. Joseph's Catholic church at Alliance and interment was also made at Alliance. Taken from the Louisville Herald. Date of death 1 Jan. 1921 Submitted by Anita A.
