Mrs. Lombardy's health had been failing for the past year. For the past three years, she was totally blind. Mrs. Lombardy was the daughter of John and Victoria Menegay and was born in Louisville where she spent her entire life. She is survived by four sisters, Sister Nativity, of Lowellville, Pa., Mrs. Charles Monnot of Alliance, and Mrs. Louise Schillig and Virginia Menegay of Louisville; two brothers, Joseph Menegay of St. Joseph, Mo., and August Menegay of Louisville. Funeral services were conducted at St. Louis church Monday in charge of Rev. Fr. Paul Buchholz. Interment in St. Louis cemetery. >From the Louisville Herald. Date of death 12 Jan. 1931.
