Thank you for the answers and tips. So you had to be a resident of Stark County to get married there? Or at least one of them did. That's interesting as the bride, as far as I know, lived her entire life up until 1880 and possibly later in Springfield Township, Mahoning County. I'm wondering if she went to live with the Frank Rastetter family as a domestic after her mother died. I do know the bride had a brother living in Stark so that's a possibility, too. Kathy
