The library charges actual copy cost plus postage. Typically, one copy mailed back to you would be $1.00 which includes postage if it's normal size paper. They will mail the requested copy to you along with an invoice. This is the same charge for obits, birth record, death record, etc. You will find the staff outstanding in their attempt to help you. They have an outstanding collection so be sure to check with them if you need a record.
