Hi Shirley: There are some scattered marriages that have been indexed throughout the project but the bulk of the earlier marriages from "H" on are not on the index. We check the probate index online first. Then go directly to the microfilms or the early marriage records book for Stark County. We find most of the records that are not yet on the index on the microfilm. I checked with Debbie just to be sure and yep this is it. Hope this helps.
