John and Barbara were born in Wurttemburg, Germany (1794 and 1803 respectively). The immigrated to the USA / Stark County about 1830 and settled in the New Harrisburg area of Stark County where the last 6 of their 7 children were born...including my gg grandmother, Caroline MYERS (b. 1833). John was a blacksmith and a farmer by trade. I would be your Joseph's father and John were brothers/ ...no proof though at this point. My MYERS family moved on to Crawford County, Ohio in the late 1840s / early 1850s. Caroline MYERS married Jakob JEUTTER in Crawford County in 1853. A lot of similar clues...seems as though it would be worth pursuing. - Tom
