Bearce, 90, of 905 N. Broadway died at 12:27 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, 1993, at her home. Born March 24, 1903, in Cass Township, Fulton County, to James W. and Cora Huston Keime, she married Myrle D. Bearce on Dec. 24, 1925, in Lewistown. He survives at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba. Also surviving are one brother, James W. Keime of Lewistown; seven sisters, Beulah Jarnigan and Julia Muir, both of Peoria, Mrs. Lorin (Helen) Lippert of Washington, Mrs. Delmar (Mary) Fryman of Turner, Ore., Mrs. Art (Ruth) Smith of Venice, Calif., Mrs. Leslie (Irma) Murphy of York, Pa., and Mrs. Chet (Rosalie) Dickerson of LaMesa, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews. She taught at elementary schools in Lewistown for 36 years. She also taught remedial reading in her home. She was a member of Fulton County Retired Teachers Association. She attended Lewistown United Presbyterian Church. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge, Order of Eastern Star and the Tourist Club, all of Lewistown. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Henry Memorial Home. The Rev. Barbara Short will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services at the memorial home.
