There are many VOGT burials in St. Mary's cemetery. Anton Vogt was one of the 21 poineer Catholics in Massillon that founded St. Mary's parish. I will send you the details via e-mail, since I cannot copy text files here. The only VOGT I have in my line, is Mary Louisa Vogt 1859-1902, who married Adam Sibila 1853-1925. They were married in St. mary's church on 1-3-1878. I have their children as Perlee, Raymond and Arlene.
Hello All. I must have missed the posting on this one. I have a Laura C. VOGT who married William NEWSTETTER in Massillon in 1884. Her father was John; I have no other information on them. I do, however, have some OBERLINS & MILLERS in my line. OBERLIN is descended from Adam, through two sons, Peter (by daughter Eliz., m. Charles STONER) & John (by John John Washington OBERLIN). SOme of my MILLERS married assorted NEWSTETTERS. Contact me for more information.
