    2. Patricia, I have ordered several probate records from Stark and have NEVER been disappointed. They often contain an heir list, contents of household/farm, name of executor, payouts to heirs, creditors, courts, etc., payouts to and/or guardians names if minor children were involved, etc. You don't have to take the full probate file if you don't want it. If you are only interested in the heir list - you can request a copy of just those pages. But I would encourage you to request a copy of everything that is in the file. It gives you such a wonderful picture of your ancestors life. The kind folks at Stark do a great job and the cost of their copies are VERY reasonable.
