Floom - 1873-1950 There are ten Flooms listed in Stark Co., OH Deaths publication which covers 1867-1908. I will email you the information tomorrow directly since I am short of time this morning. For deaths after 1908, you can request the Stark County District Library to look up on their indexes. They also have death records on microfilm up to 1950 or possibly 1952 - I can't remember the last years they just received. If you check OHS' website and get a certificate number in advance, that will help the library staff. The library now has index and death records for all 88 Ohio counties 1908-1952.
