#1 I recently sent along some 1930 Census information to someone who asked about a listing for a person (woman) in the 1930 Census. I, then, deleted the information; however, I am wondering if the person was able to use the information sent. #2 Regarding the Young family of Lancaster Co. PA and Stark Co. OH: Jacob Young was born in Lancater Co. PA about 1782. Jacob Young married Maria Salome Cassler, probably, about 1803, in PA. The family seems to have lived in Warwick Twp. in Lancaster Co. Their first child, William Young, was born in 1805 in Lancaster Co. There were 7 children born to this couple: WILLIAM YOUNG JOSEPH YOUNG SARAH YOUNG SAMUEL YOUNG JACOB YOUNG, JR. LUCY YOUNG CYRUS YOUNG Salome (Cassler) Young died about 1823/24. Her widower remarried in 1825 to Susanna Miller. She seems to have died before 1850. Jacob Young is shown living with his daughter, Sarah, and her family, in the 1850 Census of Warwick Twp. Lancaster Co. By 1860, Jacob Young had moved to Stark Co. with two of his sons: Samuel, his son by Salome (Cassler) Young; and Curtis M. Young, his son by Susanna (Miller) Young. Curtis M. Young was born in 1826 in PA. Samuel Young married Susan Fouser. I would like to hear from anyone who might be working on this family. Thank you. M. Garrison
