There is an obituary for Dr. Josiah Arthur who died 3 October 1937 in the Canton Repository. It is on page 36. This obituary can be obtained from the Stark County Library genealogy dept at http://www.starklibrary.org/genealogyservices.html They will answer your request and send it to you by mail and they will charge you approximately $1.50 or so for this service. They are the very best library that I have ever run across in genealogy.
