She was age 3 when her father died & her mental problems were the result of being stomped by a cow as a young child. She had a son out of wedlock at age 17. Sadly, she was considered to be an embarrassment by most of her family even to her son who claimed he was never notified of her death. He has now also passed without issue. Guess I need to go to Stark County and look for her death certificate. Was Massillon Hosp in or outside the city limits? Nancy M. I don't know if you know this or not but google ohio death index and you will find it on line for years 1913-1945 in case that is the period of time she passed.
