Albert Hoy b 30 May 1737, d 22 April 1809 is my 4th great-grandfather. I am descended from the youngest of six children, George Albert Hoy Sr. 1773-1863 & his wife Elizabeth Clay. Their daughter Mary Barbara Hoy wed John Clay b 1794 - d 1844 Franklin Twp OH. The last of their 17 children was born 1843. Their 13th child was Daniel Reuben Clay my paternal gr-grandfather who died in IL. Several Hoy's went to JoDaviess Co. IL also. I found much HOY info on my research trips to Berks & Centre Co. PA.
