I have Family Tree Maker and it was offered in one of their mailings a long time ago. I bet it is still available. The other best CD I ever got from them was Ohio County Histories, a set of 6 CDs. FTM was bought out and inside the cover of my last update there is a website http://shops.ancestry.com/ftmsuite I don't know was is on there, but surely something about CDs available.
