They met while on holiday in Aberystwyth. He took her back to Trefil. Her name was Martha (Hughes) and she became step mother to Tom(Sam) who lived in the Post Office and the rest of the family. I grew up in Crossbrook and still spend time there. Have been there this week. I am researching the Davies' family.
