Would someone be available to do a look up for me? I am looking for more information on the grand jury indictment of Abisha Benjamin (AB) Way. This would have taken place in Stark County, Ohio in mid to late June 1871. I will gladly send money to cover the costs of copying and mailing. Are you sure you didn't misread the form? I believe the Stark Co. District Library's request forms ask for the requester's name and address in order to send the copies to you. You will get an "invoice" stating how much is owed for the copies sent. By the way, this library (especially its genealogy department!) is top-notch!! C. Wearstler. He was born 1893 in Marlboro, Stark County, Ohio, died 1955 in Virginia. I would appreciate information about him, or the following people: Albert was the son of Edwin F. Wearstler. I believe Edwin's wife was the daughter of "Squire" Washington "Washy" Miller. Do you know anything about Squire Miller? Albert was the grandson of Jonas and Henrtta (Geib) Wearstler II. Jonas and wife settled in Marlboro Township in 1878 and had a general store on the square in the village of Marlbor. Do you know where they lived prior to that? Albert married Lilly Britton who was a triplet. The Brittons also lived in Marlboro Township, and the girls attended Five Corners School in District 1. Hi. I'm new to the group. I am looking for information on Abisha Benjamin Way born 1832 in Centre Co PA, married Martha Ann Jennings 5/15/1856 in Portage Co Ohio, died .....???? I have found out that he was a Disciples of Christ minister in Alliance Ohio. He was charged with forgery and indicted by the Grand Jury of Stark Co Ohio in June of 1871. I've looked online, but have not been able to find anything on him agter 1871. Any help would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks Leigh Brown

One of his stories states his mother lived with the MILLER family after her parents & grandparents had died. By 1900 she was married, so the censuses have not helped. Supposedly this MILLER family lived on a farm east of Trump Road & East Canton Road which my grandfather wrote was Osnaburg at the time. Does anyone know which MILLER family this might be.
