Mandy, Maybe you are looking in the wrong place for Stout's and could the name be Stoudt? My ggrandfather Frederick Osswald, Jr. married Sarah Jane Fryman who was the d/o Susannah Stout (1838-1916)who was born in Montgomery Co. Her father was Jacob Stout who came there from PA.
