I asked Wright STate to research naturalization and intent for naturalization on my John Houtzer and a Jean Lewis Houtzer; one of Shelby Co and the other Darke Co. They sent to me a copy of a ledger-type court document of a statement / oath of alligence of several people from the Kingdom of Hanover. What would this be considered? The intent or the naturalization paper (1st or 2nd). This was all they had so where would I go to get the other document which should have more information about these people?
