The Jeremiah below was Jeremiah Morrow, early pioneer there who was elected governor of Ohio in 1822. Yes there are plenty of Moore in Frederick Co., MD. My ancestor bought land from an Arthur Moore in 1810 in what was then Aleghenny Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA (now Antis Twp., Blair Co.)
