Terry, the closest I can find is the following: Retta LAMBERT married to Alexander BOTKINS on 11 June 1891 by W. R. Shultz (Book 8, Page 21 of Shelby County Marriage Records, Volume 2, 1871-1899). I was unable to locate any reference to W. R. Shultz in the "Ministers and Justices of Peace" index...in case a religious denomination was given. Hope this helps you.
