Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows or could look up a birth record for: Marcella Barbara Scheele born June 06, 1898 in Tiffin, Ohio Seneca County? Place not sure, but this is where my family members thought it was. Her parents are Matthew Scheele and Katherine Etchen.
