According to Family Quest,1880 Seneca Census CD, p. 369A Pennell, Isaac, age 69, head, laborer, born Penn?, parents born New York Pennell, Isabelle, age 73? wife, at home, palsy, born ??, parents born Scottland? (definitely two crossed t's) p.369B continues Pennell, Hannah, age 30 daughter, can't make out birthplaces The image on this CD is VERY light and indistinct, but I believe the above is correct as I can make out.
