According to the info at http://mapping.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html Rock Run cemetery is not listed in Seneca Co., but there is one in Wyandot Co, just 4-5 miles east of Upper Sandusky. There is no Sandy Ridge cemetery listed in OH, but a search for Sand Ridge shows a cemetery almost exactly halfway between Tiffin and Fostoria. Try the above website for maps and aerial photos of both places.
