Vital Records at the County Clerks online website : http://www.co.branch.mi.us/cgi-bin/t3cgi.exe/deathsearch.taf?_function=list&_UserReference=C0250AFE622242A239E8F192&_start=1 William Davidson died May 3, 1872 in Branch County, MI. I have no idea if this is your William or not. PLEASE, could we try to do these lookups privatly ? I don't want to mix up Michigan with this great Ohio list, and take up space.
