    3. Hi Kris, I grew up in Seneca County (Watson Station) My mother recently gave me a thick Book The History of Seneca County (@1830s to 1880s) and another two volume book set of the history of Seneca County (written in 1911). The two-book set actually went through the great flood of 1913. My great Grandfather was the Sheriff of Tiffin then. Each book has a lot of info in them...looks similar to the centenial book you just scanned. Do you know of any more printed documents on Seneca County, Watson Station or Pleasant Township? My relatives lived in Adams Township, Scipio, and then Pleasant, We lived in the old General Store in Watson Station (18 years or so-mid 50s til early 70s- until I moved to California). Not many folks have any info on the Oakleaf Family name (it was translated from Eichenlaub for most of them when they came from Germany/France in the 1850s). Can anyone help find any info for me? Surprisingly, the History of Seneca County doesn't say much at all about my family (except for my mother's side of the family - Reif).
