    3. Just some general information for researchers. As far as I know, the best sources of Census records in the Northwest Ohio area are the public libraries at Findlay & Toledo. Findlay's collection is surprisingly large, and Toledo's is very large. Toledo has several library branches, but the one you want to go to is the one right near the Lucas County Courthouse. It has as good a Local History department as any library within 50 miles of Seneca County. Another outstanding collection can be found at the Hayes center in Fremont. For Tiffin & Seneca County folks, always start at the Tiffin Seneca Public Library. Their collection is very good, and their staff is very helpfull. All 4 are highly recommended to anyone researching people in Northwest Ohio. Steve Hartzell
